To manage and obtain the quality optimum of a product, Squalp bases himself on the quantifiable characteristics of its plan quality and on the decision-making phases of its manufacturing process.
With every phase (Frequency) corresponds one or several takings (Measure) to be made to verify the correspondence of the product to its definition (Together of determinations).
The correspondence of the prize is looked for by comparison (Analysis) and interpretation (Formulae of calculation) results obtained with regard to the preestablished values (Target, Alert, Discharge) in the plan quality.
In case of not correspondence (Classification), an action quality aiming at improving the system is decided. Again, a series of measures is made.
The lot is considered corresponding (Labels Quality) when the obtained results stay within the limits of acceptance (Level of Acceptable Quality).
The integration of the measures of the plan quality in the manufacturing process has for objective to watch by the practice of the auto-control, the sampling and the statistical analysis the variations to which it is subjected and to make the decisions which are imperative in due course.
Moreover, the recording of these measures throughout the process of realization determines the capacity of a system to reproduce in the time (Card of Control) preestablished values.
