The application of the software package Squalp bases on the definition of the options of its use, on the parameter setting, the forming, as well as the resumption of the data. The performances of application the chain of which is represented in the present chapter constitute a group allowing to perpetuate the change and appeal to a multi-field team:

• The consultant exercises a mission of supervision and proposition to make sure of the evolution of the project, in accordance with the orientations of the software package and the functional and organizational needs of the customer.
• The project manager is the interlocutor privileged by the customer. It is responsible for the application of the solution and for the transfer of competence towards the members of the team of project and the users of the customer.
• The engineer of development is placed under the responsibility of the project manager. Specialist in computer development (Delphi, SQL Server, Crystal Reports), it is responsible as such for realizing the adaptations, the personalizations and the resumption of data.
