The sub-system (module) defining and structuring transversely the model of data of the industrial concern is the fundamental base of the system Squalp.
Organized by means of a relational database, the model of data has for role to help the company to model her organization and its mode of functioning.
The constituted model of data will allow to rationalize the use of the resources and to federate dynamically all the sectors in same group shared values.
The reliability of the parameters of departure and their evolution according to the ascent in power of the system allow of:
- Normalize the rules of management by a systematic method of parameter setting.
- Define the characteristics of products and services for a better vision of the profession by the company.
- Master the formulae of products and the manufacturing processes to optimize the delays and reduce the costs.
- Specify indicators and plans of controls to improve the quality of products and processes.
So, the elaboration of the model of data as keystone of the system of information joins in the perspective of an integration - bit by bit normalized - allowing the company to evolve.
