The production is the backbone of the system Squalp. In permanent interaction with all other functions of the integrated company, the production has for role to create of the added value by applying to all the stages of the process of manufacture the rules of management based on: the quality of products, the respect for delays, reduction of the costs.
The big turnovers - globalization, opening of markets, comparison of the prices, - and the development of the data processing strongly shook the functional plans and the software (ERP) of management of production.
This report is particularly edifying concerning the activities of transformation. Indeed, in this domain of activities, we are confronted with a serious gap: the absence of a management of production, capable of combining, as it is the rule in the professions by transformation (farm-produce industry, chemistry) the 'pushed' streams and the 'tightened' streams in the same industrial process.
The software of production have all the same origin: the mechanical engineering industry of assembly, based on the exclusive techniques of the pyramidal namings and the ranges operating to manage 'only' the doe of assembly of the process, ignoring de facto 80 % of the added value.
To fill these gaps and propose a solution as high as the stakes, Squalp goes very beyond the function such as she is traditionally managed by the software 'GPAO' of production.
Besides the namings and the ranges operating, Squalp integrates into all the stages of the industrial process (amont - approval) of a product, formulae, articles likely equivalents and the manufacturing processes. So, process constituted dynamically and in a unlimited way, allows to manage all the modes of production to assure a total traceability and a complete restoration of the costs of returns ABC.
Moreover, Squalp allows to feign and to produce with pre-established values (plan quality), to obtain results in accordance with the objectives.
